Two outfit shots

So I've been trying to stick to my word and take more outfit shots and take them with my camera! And what will you know I have two for you now!!
I don't often go anywhere fancy during the week to dress too nicely for (I only really go to the shops D:) But every Sunday I volunteer so I do want to make sure I make an effort at least once a week!

Headbow: From my Mum

So the weather has been very weird over here, and just when we think its getting warmer we get one really ICY cold day (or a few...) It's a hard to make an outfit look remotely good when you have to wear a coat and scarf too! So I put them to the side so you could see the dress properly here! (definately wasn't taking them off that day) I have to say I have such good luck in what I find in the charity shop sometimes!

So I said I'd rewear this one again so I did! It fits a little better now than when I got it too, so it was a ridiculously comfortable outfit to wear (Plus all the layers and built in petticoat keeps the heat in ;D) Seeing this one just makes me want to wear lots of pretty bright dresses but alas......this is the only one I have T__T

Also just to say the cut out corner bits are from where I rotated the images and ended up with stupid transparent gaps! So I thought to use them to make the images more....me



For the side information I should have a Gets post up once my things arrive this week, a lens review will be soon too.

Lempiasioitani kotona

En muista milloin olisin kirjoittanut postauksen ilman videota, varmaan lokakuussa? Jotenkin on vaan ollut helpompaa kuvata video ja julkaista se, kuin napsia kuvia ja kirjoittaa. Nyt kuitenkin päätin tehdä näin ja esitellä muutamia ostoksia ihan vaan kuvamuodossa. Oon monesti jättänyt kivojakin ostoksia esittelemättä kun niitä on joko ollut liian vähän täyttä videota varten tai ne on olleet hankalia esitellä videolla. Kunnes tajusin toissapäivänä, että hei, oonhan mä ennenkin esitellyt ostoksia ilman videota ja tartuin toimeen. Ylläolevassa kuvassa näkyy yksi lempiasioistani kotona, tai oikeastaan osa siitä; mun tyttönurkkaus. Tämä nurkkaus on osa mun meikkipöytää ja -laatikostoa, jonka ostin ja laitoin kasaan marraskuun lopussa. Laatikoston päälle aloin heti keräilemään kaikkia tyttömäisiä juttuja. Myös ns. hienommat hajuveteni on asustelleet tuossa alusta asti. Olin etsinyt kuukauden verran sopivaa kakkulautasta tai muuta "tasoa" hajuvesille, kun asetelman ...

Day with Ellen + Gifts

So this is a bit delayed as I got this post ready but forgot about it and typing it up T0T/ Sooooo on Monday I had the lovely Ellen round to visit, we've been talking about meeting for a while because we live so close and Monday finally happened!! She ended up coming up to mine for the day. We had a lot of fun just chatting, playing a video game a bit and I also did her hair for her! I needed practice for doing hair sets, and Ellen's been spying on all the big poof of the Black Diamond gals ;D So it just had to happen!! This was the result: It was quite interesting being able to do a hairset on Ellen's hair! She actually has a section underneath at the back shaved short, and her hair is much longer at the front than the back, so the first challenge was working out what to do with it! I settled on at first just making the back as big as possible then worked everything around that! I am very pleased with the result as it's been so long since I've ...

Tarina - Aamu kahden olennon silmin.

Tiedän, että useissa tarinoissani käytän adjektiivia: Pieni. Se käy ehkä yksitoikkoiseksi, mutta valehtelisin, jos väittäisin, että se auringonsäde, joka aukaisi valkoisen huoneen valkoisen oven, ei olisi pieni. Muutakaan adjektiivia, joka kuvaisi sitä kuinka pieni se oli, en keksi, joten: Yksi pieni auringonsäde, sellainen kultahiuksinen (niin kuin auringonsäteet yleensä ovat) aukaisi valkoisen huoneen valkoisen oven. Hän lipui hiljaa huoneen poikki valkoisen sängyn päätyyn ja pysähtyi siihen katselemaan sitä jättiläistä, jonka nimeä kukaan ei enää muistanut. Pottuvarvas pilkotti hieman valkoisen peiton alta. Itse peitto liikkui hitaasti ylös ja alas jättiläisen hengityksen tahdissa. Auringonsäde, joka oli nimekseen saanut Pii, kiipesi sängyn päälle, ylitti jättiläisen toisen jalan ja konttasi varovasti ja hitaasti muhkuraista peittoa pitkin jättiläisen luokse. Pii istahti hänen kasvojensa eteen ja jäi odottamaan. Hän odotti hetken, toisen hetken ja siirtyi sitten ...
